Effective Leadership is a dedicated time and space designed specifically for those in currently in, or stepping into, leadership roles. It is a safe place to receive, rebuild, and be strengthened alongside others.

This year, our focus is multiplication—exploring how we can multiply our impact, raise up leaders, and grow the vision God has given us. Bringing together leaders from across the region and around the world, this time will be both deeply encouraging and intentionally challenging. There will be worship, ministry and teaching as well as opportunities to pray with and be mentored by others.

Mentoring and one-to-ones

This time is an investment where our focus is to be highly-relational as we need others who can cheer us on through life and ministry. There will be limited times available to those who desire some one-to-one mentoring from those who have already been where you find yourself today.
