Effective Leadership is a time and space created for those in leadership roles. Rarely do leaders have safe spaces where they can just receive, build into their leadership and be strengthened alongside others who are in similar roles. This time will be encouraging, but also challenging, as our hope is that we would walk away from our time together with new vision, but also new relationships.
