Effective Leadership is a dedicated time and space designed specifically for those in currently in, or stepping into, leadership roles. It is a safe place to receive, rebuild, and be strengthened alongside others.
This year, our focus is multiplication—exploring how we can multiply our impact, raise up leaders, and grow the vision God has given us. Bringing together leaders from across the region and around the world, this time will be both deeply encouraging and intentionally challenging. There will be worship, ministry and teaching as well as opportunities to pray with and be mentored by others.

Christy Wimber is from southern California; a speaker, pioneer, an author, and former Senior Pastor and television host. Christy has spoken to thousands of people all over the world. Her passion is to train and build healthy leadership in the church and the business world. Christy’s love for the whole church allows her to serve multiple denominations and movements.

John and Anne Coles succeeded David and Mary Pytches (who founded New Wine) and led the movement from 2001-2014. John oversaw the development of New Wine from a summer conference, to a network of leaders and churches and then to a movement with a vision not only for renewal but church planting and social transformation. He continues to be involved in teaching and training church leaders with New Wine’s DNA. Anne and John help lead a missional congregation who meet in a home in North London, with a vision to start other similar congregations.

Ben is married to Ellie and leads St Thomas’, a church in the centre of Newcastle. He is also on the Leadership Team of New Wine.

With over two decades of experience in youth work, mental health and well-being, Erin is passionate about supporting young people and educators in the UK. As the National Mental Health Lead at Oasis Community Learning, she oversees the development and implementation of a holistic and evidence-based mental health strategy across 54 academies, reaching over 30,000 students and staff.

This time is an investment where our focus is to be highly-relational as we need others who can cheer us on through life and ministry. There will be limited times available to those who desire some one-to-one mentoring from those who have already been where you find yourself today.
