Prayers
Father God,
Forgive us for our transgressions. Forgive us for the times we do not glorify you. We are sorry.
But Lord we praise you for the opportunity and gift you have given us to serve you, by your death on the cross and resurrection.
Help us, by your spirit, to better glorify and honour you day by day, in this lockdown and for the rest of our lives.
Help us to be your good servant who is faithful, trustworthy and obedient.
In Jesus' name we pray,
Amen.

Eternal God,
Who made Benedict a wise master in the school of your service
And a guide to many called into community to follow the rule of Christ:
Grant that we may put your love before all else
And seek with joy the way of your commandments;
Through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,
Who is alive and reigns with you,
In the unity of the Holy Spirit,
One God, now and for ever.
