WAVE is an outreach project that seeks to equip young people in our city to share the faith they have with creativity and confidence.
God is doing an amazing work with the young people in our nation right now, and as a church we really want to join in with that!
The main way we do this is through our monthly outreach events on Saturday mornings. We gather together for a short time of prayer and equipping, then head out on the streets to do some creative evangelism.
If this excites you and you want to get involved, there are a few ways you can do that:
- If you’re in school years 7-13, come along to Youth Night on Tuesdays at 6:30pm
- If you’re an adult, get in touch with Barney for more information on how you can play your part

“Whilst out evangelising we met a lady and her daughter who were just leaving the hospital. She told us that her son was disabled and had been admitted to hospital. She had been with him for the past week, without going outside. We were able to pray for her and her family which she was very responsive to! I got a word for her whilst we were praying about God wanting to provide comfort to her like a warm cup of tea… God is so good!!”
