Read the story of Zacchaeus together.

Zacchaeus was a man who not many people liked but this didn’t mean that Jesus didn’t like him. Sometimes you might feel pressure to be ‘popular’ but this isn’t necessarily important. It is more important to know how much Jesus loves you and that you make things right when you’ve made mistakes, just like Zaccheus did. 

Draw a tree and on each branch write things you need to say sorry for, or need to put right. Draw leaves on top of the branches to cover up your sins as a representation of forgiveness. Don’t forget to add Zaccheaus high up in your tree!

Draw another little tree on a leaf to hang on your prayer tree.
