Jesus’s Disciples. Page 308. Mark 1-3.

Read the story of Jesus calling his disciples. Do you know what disciples were? They were Jesus’ helpers. If you call yourself a follower of Christ you are called to also be one of his helpers, showing people God’s love through your words and actions.

Make a paper chain with Jesus’ name at the beginning, followed by the names of his 12 disciples. Then add more chains with your own names on.

Pray that God would guide you as you live as one of Jesus’ helpers. 

Draw a number 12 on a leaf to hang on your prayer tree.
