Jesus is Lost! Page 296. Luke 2.

Read the story of Jesus as a boy, getting lost after the passover festival.

Play a game of hide and seek, with one person pretending to be Jesus and the other pretending to be Mary & Joseph.

Chat together about Jesus as a boy. How do you feel knowing that Jesus was a child just like you? He understands what it is like to be a child.

Pray this prayer together: Dear Lord, thank you that Jesus came to earth as a baby and grew to be a child. Help us to learn from his example, to be children who are careful to do what is right, to be obedient to our parents and to study God’s word. Amen.

Draw a picture of Jesus as a boy on a leaf and hang it on your prayer tree.
